On one Saturday night – part2

This is a continuation of a previous blog post. View On one Saturday night – part1 here.

Zacsu is just a nick-name that he is famous with (just because Annu calls him like that). Zacsu is one of the most interesting and happening guys I’ve seen in my life. He has no time to rest or waste, his life is either full of work or play or entertainment or sleep. So when we called him, it didn’t surprise me that he had planned a movie and eat-out for dinner. And as he had no one else (apart from Annu with him) he asked if we would like to join. Now this was the best that could have happened to us. We arranged for a time and Sandy agreed to book movie tickets. I was reluctant for that coz, you should know one thing about Sandy, he may not always choose the best movies(restraunts, malls etc.), but he has this bossy air around him and the typical salesman speech that he would try make most people think that his idea was the best thing that could have been done.

Evening was getting darker and we were getting ready for the movie and the dinner. I asked Sandy a few times regarding the movie (atlest the name of the movie), but the only thing he muttered was that it was a Tom Hanks movie. “But which one?” I asked again, “Wait and See” was the only reply I was getting. I started wondering if he had a stroke of short term amnesia or something. Anyway Zacsu came to pick us up. We left in his 2727(his civic, we call it 2727 based on the number plate and luckily it’s the birthdate for both of them). We crossed the main signal and entered the main road, the one that is quite near to our house. A flash of light came and we saw a car almost ready to crash on us. Gears down, left, right and back up. It happened in a second. Zacsu was real quick in dodging the approaching car. And with his speed it’s actually difficult to point out the guilty (as he is real good in driving). I felt as if the car crashed behind us but was unable to see anything, as we had taken a diversion.

The movie turned out to be a real horror as what I was expecting. It was a 3D movie of people landing on moon and other related stuffs. Yes it looked as if it was a documentary. The only thing that Sandy had in his defense was that he would never be able to make it to moon by himself, and that’s why he would prefer to see it in 3D. And we told him hundred times, that if Tom Hanks is the guy going to moon, then it isn’t moon. It’s just a mock up.
