This machine is quite powerful. It features an Intel Core 2 Duo processor having a 4MB L2 cache running on 800MHz FSB and aound 1GB of DDR2(PC5300) RAM. The new iMac comes only on a 20″ and 24″ models. With an ATI graphics card it also boasts of an inbuilt webcam. It comes preinstalled with ofcourse Mac OS X Tiger. Along with other bundled softwares it includes iLife, an all in one software, and a new version of iMovie(written all from scratch)
Honestly, the new iMac seems to be the best bet for a home machine. There’s nothing else so pretty and so functional for the price.
The new iMac is available for purchase from today at all Apple stores(both physical and online).
